(: i cant stop grinning to myself. haha i have the cutest classmates, ever. and i feel very loved, please do not worry about me! (: i'm doing fine, attending lectures and tuts just like in ntu...projects and tests are coming in :X but it is school afterall. haha. :P

hope all the girls are doing great in school! and the guys jiayou for work/study/slacking/remaining weeks of army. i'm still faithfully stalking all tutucians' activities on FB. :D thankyou to the classphotographers :D heee.

and in response to some notes, YESH OKAY i will bring back food for you all! if i were to get fat, let's get fat together! HAHAH.

hi everyone!

is it the last paper for the girls already? hope the exams are fine uh.. ;) and congratz to those guys who have ord-ed. finally regained your freedom after two years (but actually that means having to look for jobs to survive, if we are not as rich as junfan who can afford japanese classes now haha)... see, army is gd after all. free food, free lodging.

it has been a long time since a post was made, and it has been a longer time since we had a power gathering! for one, i have not seen a lot of you because of my overseas exercise in australia... haha check out my facebook photos man (and also ask other girls to check my profile out.) so, it's about time we have a proper get-together :D

currently i do not have any ideas on what we can do. really zero. haha but please spare me from the standard bbqs and sirui's place (not that these are bad but we ought to try something refreshing right?) maybe we can have a tea party, a sleep party, a games party, or a speed-date party or........... haha i've got no idea what a sleep party is, but speeddating sounds cool (h). look at tianwei, it's time he has a girlfriend right? weizhi he's fine without, otherwise girls will suffer... hmm.

anyway there's the sitex from today till the end of this week. if you are free can drop by and look for zhenghui because he told me he's working for an IT fair. suntec, i think? i dunno. haha.

hey pple!i'm thinking of planning a free and easy 3days 2 night or 4 days 3 night hong kong trip in july during the off peak season. We will be travelling by jet star asia. I've estimated the prices and they are as follows:

air ticket: 128 x 2 = 256 (includes return flight)
fuel surcharge and airport tax: 160(nt v sure)

hotel stay for 2 nights w'o breakfast:
harbour view international hse hotel(3 stars): double room - 272, triple room - 362
city garden hotel (3 stars): double room - 246, triple room - 386
royal park hotel (4 stars): double room - 312, triple room - 470

hotel stay for 3 nights w'o breakfast:
harbour view international hse hotel: double room - 408, triple room - 543
city garden hotel (3 stars): double room - 369, triple room - 579
royal park hotel (4 stars): double room - 468, triple room - 705

so est cost if we chose to stay in a double room
2 nights : 416 + 123 + 90 = 629
3 nights : 416 + 185 + 90 = 691

and for a triple room
2 nights : 416 + 121 + 120 = 537
3 nights : 416 + 181 + 120 = 717

I've included meal expenses at 10 sgd per meal during our stay so what's left to top up will be our shopping expenses.

I tried to look for hotels near tsim sha tsui cos its like the orchard rd but apparantly the hotels there are kind of overpriced. but aniwae. not to worry. the MTR there is v convenient.

and erm i tink 3 stars hotels in hong kong is qt gd.. dun rilli have to go for a 4 star one.

and highly unlikely tt we will be gg hong kong disneyland given the high cost and not so fun rides, can consider ocean park though..heard its qt nice:D

heyy how are our ladies doing with their examinations? anyway class birthday comes in 17 days, and we have not a single idea what we're doing yet! =D so, how about kbox and cycling on the same day? let's meet on 17 may 08, 10 am at Toa Payoh mRt. yeap, let's kLunch at tpy before heading over to East Coast (Bus 31) for a cycle. =) KBox would have conned us of about $17 for the kLunch alone. By the way, please all learn how to sing "Yan3 Lei4" by Zhang Xue You. this shall be the singalong song on that day!

To make this class birthday celebration more like one, how about, the person who throws the most number of people into the sea gets a dinner treat (on the rest of us, of course)? Hehe. =p Sounds good. ok, And NOPE, NO MORE BBQS. we've got enough of them already. hahaz. instead of an elaborate dinner, let's do a simple and cheap(skate) one at Old Airport Road hawker centre this time.

Hopefully we don't spend too much money every time we go out! haha. K, let me know of any other suggestions you may have for class birthday! ~~

Besides the dec bbq.. we can have sth to look fwd too!
Minli and peijia is opening up their hostel room fer us to spent maybe a 3 day 2 nite during the dec hols at NTU! eh.. no doubt its just a sku.. but the halls are rilli homey!
Lu and jinghang are oso opening up their rooms so we can like go room hopping:) after all we hav always been saying abt overseas trip but i tink this might be easier to plan and its safer too:) Btw accomodation's free too!
we can have bbq..there are bbq pits.. swim.. play basketball..go to the gym tgt..have lots of meals and just slack at the tv lounge. There's also k box and we can catch a show or two at jurong pt or go ice skating at the jurong entertainment centre and finally shopping at IMM. how's tt? I noe its the exams period so i decided to post this news first.. see how's the response.. b4 i plan and sms you all abt the details:)

hello everyone, i am back from my two weeks of confinement in tekong and i am still as fair and as fat..! haha i miss the world out here man. the food inside is as bad as aj canteen, and the bedsheets and pillow casing are dirty! there is no aircon in bunk so i always feel very hot. haha. next week is my field camp so i won't get to book out again! rarrr!

anyway i'm moving again! wheeee!! to admiralty (around september) - it's definitely bigger than my current 3-room flat at kallang, so i hope to be able to invite you guys over for gatherings next time! currently, i take only 20 minutes to get into town, so i guess it will be different altogether once i shift. unless i get my licence. haha good luck to everyone taking any driving tests ok? i hope everyone gets his or her licence quickly so we can go up to Malaysia's highway for a spin lol.

how's everyone doing? the ladies i hope you all are earning BIG bucks - ppl like me are earning 90 cents per hour. so you all should gimme a good treat (plus the fact i'm deprived of good food in tekong). how's ntu application outcome, anyone? i got my first choice 'aerospace engineering', which i am not so keen on now... seems kinda boring haha... really, if i could i'd rather fly an airbus or a boeing and bring us all on a holiday! :) oh, anyone thinking of hostel accomodation at University? i think it'll be fun, haha especially if we can havoc around at hostel lol...

hi all..it's me again..alrighty..some matters to discuss.and they have to be finalised by tues 12pm. if there's no response, den i decide w sirui and a few others le wor.:)

alritey, first thing, 6 april's a good friday, public holiday.so i was thinking if you all wanna switch it to 6 instead of 7. apparently so far majority's voting for 6, so now it's switched to 6 apr. besides, we can stay over til saturday and those who cant come on friday can come over at saturday, and friday can stay up whole night, and still have a sunday to rest.

second thing, yups mr keegan stated that he's qt bored of steamboat and i personally think the preparation is tiring. so i dun mind catering. either that, or i was thinking we can go jalan kayu for prata for dinner or thomson plaza cos her hse there have 86 and 163 if i dun rmb wrongly. 163 can go over to thomson plaza which has hans, the roti prata hse, kfc pizza hut and the ritz apple strudel shop. also haf chicken rice and a couple of restaurants over there. shld the worse comes to the worse, there's also macdonalds. it's always qt empty. upstairs of macs there's also a seafood restaurant. after tt we can return back to her hse to play stuff or chit chat, so at least it'll save time and trouble.

lastly, the reason why i'm requesting for all these to be finalised by tues 12pm is such that others haf time to make their days free and evth.. and also, who has free smses who can offer to relay the message of this class outing? cos honestly my hp's exploding.. no more free smses alr so my heart will ache if i mass send the message..so if anyone willing to offer help to sms pls sms me and i'll prob call you to despatch the duties.:) by tues 12 pm shld we not come up w what exactly to eat, catering will be the answer..if there is enuf time for the catering services to do so. thanks to all!

for the potluck idea... i am scared that everyone might bring the same thing- fingerfood. i tink it is better to say who will brg wad to prevent overlappin of food. for example if four ppl coincidentally brg three satays for everyone, den one person will have to eat in total of twelve satays. and we can really eat alot of satay for dinner already. =/

actually if u all dun mind.. i tink we can do catering... the price is quite reasonable. one person will cost less than ten and drinks and utensils will all be provided. den sirui wun have to clear up that much.

and if u all want, we can do bbq oso. but more ma fan for si rui. cos she have to borrow pit from her neighbour and the pricing more ex. one person may cost abit more than ten. but i not too sure abt the price. (:

but all these need to be booked in advance. so must decide fast.

wow!i'm finally able to log in to this blog!my dear lu is so creative!thanks em for e consolation..boo.anw,let me share w u my day ytd.i wanted to buy this 29ml neutrogena sunscreen lotion which was going for just $2.95 with every $10 purchase at Watsons.so when i had this auntie customer who wanted to buy a bottle of hairdye fr me,i asked her if she could help me buy it & i would pay her back.(some sort of taking advantage of her?) at the cashier,alas,i only had $2.70 & $10 notes.guess wat she said?she actually wanted to buy it for me!a close look at her uniform revealed that she was a staff at LJS.when i insisted on paying her,she merely took e $2 note and said,''kai xin jiu hao.'' & because she spent more than $20 altogether,she was entitled to a free keychain.that,she also wanted to give it to me.but i declined & suggested that she give it to her grandchild..

a simple act,yet it made me feel touched.hope u will be as lucky as me to meet such pple..

have you all check out the cute little boy we had adopted? very cute rite? his bdae is on 21st mar. wan get him anythg? mayb like books or toys or any daily essentials. sadly he can only receive one or two month after his bdae. but better than nthg lah hor. lol.

heard dat we will be gettin our results this fri. so scary! actually i already noe a few weeks ago dat the results will be out on 2nd mar but din expect this day to arrive so soon. =/

Hi all, MOE has just announced on 12noon today that the A lvl results will be released this fri (2nd March 2007). We are supposed to assemble at the school hall by 2.30pm and blah blah blah (ya, we know the details). So just a little reminder...haha...everyone good luck !!!

hello people! i miss the 22o5 days to0o! how we enjoyed each other's company and never really got down to work... (well, i never exactly got down to studying, so here's a confession...) haha wonderfully large servings of chicken chop for the guys, and... talk about teachers? haha like mrs kuah and pillai though they're in their own way, great, as well... ;)
